My Story
My name is John Boveri, a Property Management Consultant who specializes in turning maintenance into a profit strategy.

My experience spans more than 30 years in construction and building systems and more than 20 years in commercial property management. Working with properties from both perspectives gave me a practical understanding of how buildings function and an investment-focused understanding of how maintenance decisions affect operating costs, tenants, risk, property value, and financial returns.

Throughout my career, I repeatedly saw maintenance treated as an expesne to postpone or minimize rather than as an important part of protecting an investment. Those experiences led me to create the Property Management Factor™ and establish PMF Profits to help investors take a more strategic, value-driven approach to maintenance.

Today, I help investors recognize the impact maintenance has on their properties so they can make better-informed decisions, protect property values, and improve long-term profitability.
