It allows INVESTORS to see the PROTECTIVE ADVANTAGES of these expenses in order to take a PROACTIVE rather than reactive approach when MAINTAINING PROPERTIES.

My Story

My name is JOHN BOVERI, and I am the owner of JMB Property Resources, LLC, and creator of the PROPERTY MAINTENANCE FACTOR™.  With over 35+ years combined EXPERIENCE in construction, property management, and inspections, I help INVESTORS take a VALUE-DRIVEN approach to PROTECT PROPERTY VALUES and IMPROVE LONG-TERM PROFITABILITY.​
